  1. Cool I think you on the right track here, the walk and transform animations look cool, the attack not so much. It doesn’t feel very attacky and the reason being is there’s not enough change in his pose. I can suggest he has a contact pose which is much different than his static one in the beginning. It would also help if he anticipated the attack back and then really leaned forward with atleast one arm extended forward. Because it’s sprite animation you can get away with things happening quickly, and it will look good. so it can go over 5 frames. like this:
    1 static, 2 anticipate, 3 forward contact, 4 forward coming back favouring 3, coming back favouring 1.
    Keep it up! I look forward to seeing more.

    • I actually am working on his attack now. That is the slime getting damage rather than dealing. If I can pull it off, I have a really neat rubber-band-like spring-up attack animation… Hard to describe. I’m hoping to have it done by today or tomorrow.
